Our experiences take place in the Cantabrian Range (Montaña de Riaño, Picos de Europa, Almanza, Somiedo, Valles del Trubia, Fuentes del Narcea) and the province of Toledo, theTaray Lagoon and the Campana de Oropesa. At these destinations, we have a network of hides designed primarily for photography, but which also offer superb opportunities to enjoy truly thrilling experiences observing and interacting with the unique wildlife found in these areas.

Montaña de Riaño
The Montaña de Riaño are one of the biodiversity biodiversity. of the Iberian Peninsula and one of the best destinations for wildlife observation. in Spain. More than 120 bird species breed in the area, and over 200 have been recorded throughout the year; all the large mammals of the Cantabrian Mountains are present, including its most iconic species such as the Iberian wolf and the Cantabrian brown bear, the wildcat, and the Cantabrian chamois; more than 165 species of diurnal butterflies and moths have been recorded,, and 30 of Spain’s 38 bumblebee species can be observed in the area.

El Taray Lagoon
El Taray Lagoon estate occupies a slight depression in a vast undulating plain through which the Gigüela River (which feeds the Tablas de Daimiel) and the Riánsares River (which empties into the Laguna de El Taray) flow. In years of heavy flooding, the Riánsares flows into the Gigüela via the Compuertas Canal. A few decades ago, El Taray also received water from the Gigüela via an artificial diversion that allowed for much greater flooding, extending across hundreds of hectares of the Vega Mazón.

Campana de Oropesa
Located in the province of Toledo, between the Sierra de Gredos and the River Tagus, La Campana de Oropesa offers an unspoilt landscape where nature and rural traditions remain intact.
Its vast fields, pastures and areas of Mediterranean woodland create the perfect habitat for a wide variety of wildlife, making it an ideal spot for hide photography. Furthermore, much of the area forms part of the Natura 2000 network, ensuring the conservation of its natural wealth.
A privileged setting for unique experiences and capturing the essence of wildlife in the wild.

El Barraco
El Barraco (Ávila) is one of the most outstanding spots in central Spain for wildlife watching and nature photography. In its skies, it is possible to spot large birds of prey such as the spanish imperial eagle, the cinereous vulture, the griffon vulture, the golden eagle or the egyptian vulture, whilst its pastures are home to a rich community of Mediterranean birds such as the iberian magpie, the european bee-eater, the black stork or the eurasian eagle-owl. Notable mammals include red deer, the roe deer, the wild boar, the wildcat and the otter, reflecting the excellent state of conservation of this landscape.

Campanarios de Azaba
The Campanarios de Azaba Biological Reserve (Salamanca) forms part of a global biodiversity hotspot and is included in the Natura 2000 network. Its more than 520 hectares preserve one of the finest examples of Mediterranean dehesa on the Iberian Peninsula. Some of the most iconic species of south-western Europe find refuge here, such as the cinereous vulture, the black stork, the spanish imperial eagle, the golden eagle and the Iberian lynx within its range, as well as an extraordinary diversity of mammals, reptiles, insects and Mediterranean flora.
