Because our values define
Who we are
Our History
We were born out of curiosity and a passion for the wild. We dream of bringing animal life, landscapes, and stories of biodiversity to travelers who seek more than just conventional tourism: they want to discover, learn, and leave their mark. Wild Spain Travel was founded by a group of biologists, naturalists, and dreamers who are convinced that true adventure begins when we share knowledge and excitement.
Our philosophy
We know that our work depends on conservation, and that caring for the environment is the key to making our work possible. That is why helping and contributing to conservation is the driving force behind everything we do and forms the basis of our approach to all our activities. When you book any of our trips, photography hides, workshops, etc., you can be assured that everything has been planned with the utmost respect and care for the environment and the conservation of species.
Conservation
We are always committed to environmental conservation, prioritising the protection of species over any commercial or tourism interests. We believe that caring for nature is the best way to create opportunities for the future.
Liability
We work alongside managers of protected natural areas, complying with environmental regulations and supporting their work. We help the public understand that management measures are necessary to conserve ecosystems.
Wellbeing
We bring nature closer through experiences that allow people—even those who live far from the countryside—to enjoy unique moments. This direct contact with wildlife and the countryside contributes to physical and mental wellbeing.
Local development
Our work contributes to local development: a significant proportion of the revenue generated by ecotourism benefits accommodation providers, restaurants and service providers in nearby communities. In this way, we help to revitalise rural areas.
People who experience
nature with you
Our team is made up of passionate biologists, naturalists and guides, committed to sharing the beauty and diversity of the Iberian natural world. Each member brings their expertise, scientific rigour and a great deal of empathy to create authentic, educational and memorable experiences, accompanying every traveller on their personal journey of discovery and respect for the natural environment.
