Other hides in Montaña de Riaño
Located in a mid-mountain area, accessible all year round (even with snow) and with many photographic possibilities, as it is located between agricultural land adjacent to beech trees and the piornal of the mountain. In addition to birds of prey, the place is regularly visited by several foxes and the wildcat champions the area on a daily basis.
Throughout the year it is possible to enjoy excellent photography sessions with birds of prey, having been detected for the moment up to 3 different specimens of golden eagle. Starting in November and throughout the winter there are many options to photograph raptors and foxes in the middle of the snowfall or in a snow environment. The weather changes bring a great wealth of possibilities and different lights to photography in this scenario. From March to September, the egyptian vulture is frequent in this hide.
In addition, eurasian jays, carrion crows, ravens and mistle thrushes are often seen.
